China Hyway Group Limited set foot in Serbia in 2014, and participated in the construction of E763 Highway Project. E763 Highway Project plays an important part of Pan-European Corridor XI. It also means the specific implementation of national policies under cooperation frameworks including the Belt and Road Initiative, the Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries, etc. As the first highway project implemented within the framework of China's financing and loan agreement with Central and Eastern Europe, this Project was completed and put into service on August 18, 2019.
The Group established OBW GRADNJA CORP.LTD BELGRADE in Serbia on December 11, 2018. The subsidiary’s business falls in the scope of railway, road, bridge, municipal engineering, and housing construction as well as international trade. It has first-class qualifications for road and bridge construction in Serbia, and owns more than 30 sets of engineering construction equipment.
